Yesterday while campaigning in Araria for Congress For Bihar elections 2010 , Prime minister Manmohan Singh's statement "Nitish government has been failed to implement the NAREGA and the other Schemes funded by central government , the state government could not fulfill the ambitions of minorities and dalits".
I think that we need to remember the time of 2009 loksabha polls when the yuvraj of Congress Rahul Gandhi was praising the Nitish kumar in his every meet to the media .
